Following assets we want to sell
A)PLC controlled machine can print 4 colour front and 4 colour back or 5 colour front and 5 colour back vertical and horizontal perforation also possible on the machine. Online jumbo roll cutter ( splitting one jumbo into 2 ) Can also do offset printing of transactional documents like credit card bills, electric bills on the machine,you can also install a digital head on the machine for online variable data printing Machine is from Spain in 1997 we purchased. It is in good running condition and we are currently printing multi colour jobs on it.Turn bar available.We have an additional unit which can be fitted on the machine which can do online numbering. But this unit needs little maintenance.
B) Taiyo TOF 310 from Japan --- 2 nos with 3 offset and 1 letterpress 12 inch for all units, 16 inch for all units, 10 inch for one or two units, 14 inch for one unit cylinder, Suitable for continuous stationary, certificate and marksheets jobs, pinmailer jobs. Perforations possible on the machine while printing,machine in good running condition.
C) Pronto Muller Martini from Germany with 3 offset and 2 letterpress machine Suitable for certificates, marksheets, continuous stationary jobs . Labels in fanfold are Roll to fanfold , fanfold to fanfold 6 inch to 13 inch gears available and Ir drier installed on machine .Seal embossing possible on machine you can print roll to fanfold in first pass, then output fanfold of first pass can be again fed as input and printed as fanfold again in the second pass.This output fanfold from the second pass can be fed as input again and printed again as fanfold in the third pass.Roll to fanfold from Taiyo or Rk 200 can be given as fanfold input to the Pronto machine for additional colours, or security printing features.
D) Hot foil machine: Thermotype from Usa having accurate registeration, Seal embossing, Hot foil possible first and second pass, Die cutting possible, Chem Cutter – Italy. Possible to cut in any size from Fanfold to sheet. Collator with numbering facility for penetrating ink numbering.
E) Nale micr from USA ---- 2 NOS this machine Can do micr numbering, Ordinary numbering, Can do numbering from any other security ribbon like invisible, penetrating etc,Double numbering + pinmailer hammering machine.
F)Thermal roll slitting machines --- 2 nos
