The price of a plan and its benefits are fixed for all the plans, except the CORPORATE PLAN, where the pricing is based on custom requirements of the corporate entity.

No. Once you have subscribed to a pricing plan, we do not refund the amount paid to us under any circumstances.

No, your subscription is not transferable.

You can explore and see how our system works for you and what kind of responses you get. That's why we provide a free STANDARD account to all our users. Having said that, we request clients to opt for our paid plans so that we can provide faster and better quality services to them and help them reach their goal sooner.

For sellers, business valuation services are not a part of the STANDARD and PREMIUM plans. BUSINESS PREPARATION PLAN for sellers includes valuation and financial modeling by a renowned Finance and Valuation expert. However, sellers under STANDARD and PREMIUM Plans, Buyers and Investors under all plans and Consultants under all plans can opt for our valuation service separately by paying additional fees. You can upgrade / downgrade to a different plan on expiry of your current plan. Refunds for existing plans will not be given under any circumstances. We advise our users to choose their pricing plan carefully. Contact us if you need help to decide the best plan for you.

All plans are remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to easy and simply one-click renewal every 30 days. If this is not done, our system will put your account on hold.

Before the due date of expiry of your 12 months account validity, you will receive a notice for renewal. In the event of non-renewal, your account will be expired. .
