We are the first in Gujarat for such an initiative still no one as a competitor.
We have also developed a very good and attractive web portal and 3D demonstration video for promotion.
We are charging INR17000 from each client.
We have 1 commercial licensed truck with operations in Gujarat.
We started operations in March and worked with 3-4 clients on a project basis, but had to shut down operations due to COVID.
Have 1 new truck (TATA LTP 407) that is equipped with a P3.91 outdoor LED display (10-foot x 6 foot), a hydraulic system that can position the display 17 feet above ground level and rotate to 270 degrees.
We have also equipped the truck with a remote control system, a central audio system (Sony 21D 360 degrees), and a 10 kVA power generator (Sudhir Power).
Based on our initial projections, we expected INR 2-4 lakh monthly revenue with operations in Gujarat. However, the buyer can expand operations across India with more trucks.
The truck was bought through TATA finance (INR 11 Lakh) and a Mudra Loan (INR 11 lakh) from OBC bank and around INR 3 lakhs have already been repaid. Both loan's EMI is around INR 50,000.
