They have a capacity of 90 seats at the moment of which they are utilizing more than 80%. They have reputed customer base with some who have exclusive relationships. The revenue of the business for last year was 2.1 Cr out of which 49 lakhs was owner's share. The valuation for the business is 1.8 Cr which is NOT negotiable. It is 3 times the PBT for last year (1.5 Cr) + 40 lakhs of tangible assets (electronic items, furnishing, computers, servers etc).
