Agreement with the US manufacturer for pan India distribution - offline and online. This product is used in 25 countries worldwide and we want to scale it up in India.
We are looking to raise 15L at a 10% equity stake in the company.
We have all marketing collateral ready with us and we have got the products registered with the Drug Control body of India - CDSCO.
Total running expense – Rent (1.1L + GST) + Staff Salary (1.1L) + Product Cost (25K+ GST) + Maintenance (10K) + Electricity (10K) + Misc (10K) Deposit is already paid – 10L
We had reached operational break even in just 5th month - Feb 2020.
