We were founded in 1982 and are a the market leader in Ultrasonic instrumentation. The Company started its activities from Mumbai with the production of high efficiency Ultrasonic Transducers for non-destructive testing. Transducers being the vital component for ultrasonic instrumentation, gave immediate recognition to the Company in the non-destructive testing field.
Additionally, In 1992, we entered into collaboration with a company based in Switzerland, a world leader in ultrasonic technology for the manufacture of Plastic, Metal Welding and Ultrasonic Cleaning equipment. We have most modern manufacturing facilities at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) and Mumbai, with a well-equipped application lab, tool room and machine shop, sophisticated testing and design centre and a high-tech laboratory with sophisticated measuring instruments.
For expansion purposes, we are now actively seeking opportunity in similar sector to acquire or invest in.
