Currently, our production capacity for coir fibre bundles is 100 bundles, each weighing 30 kg, per day. Our production capacity for coir pith is 3000 sqft per day. At present, we are producing 80 coir fibre bundles and 2500 sqft of coir pith using machines that are only 3 months old. In addition to the machines, our premises include a staff quarters and a godown covering an area of 1200 sqft, while the machine covers 3000 sqft. We have also installed cement flooring over an area of 30,000 sqft for fibre drying. To ensure smooth production, we have a bore well, motor, pipe connections, overhead tank, and ground tank to reuse water. Our premises are fenced and gated, and we have an ED room for the electricity board, house, and staff. Moreover, we have a 150 KW electric line and a separate transformer to support our operations.
