We are situated at GIDC kalol (North Guj). Our listing here is for the sale of the machinery and the customer base only. If there is a potential buyer available who is also interested in the land and the building also then we can talk about that. Our only reason to sell this business is because the family of the remaining partners is moving to the US. Our asking price is aprx Rs. 13 Lakh, such new set up can cost anything from Rs. 35 Lakh. The primary products of our company are roof fixing bolts such as J bolts, L-hook bolts, Pipe bolts etc. A year ago we stopped manufacturing wire nails but we still have supporting machinery with us. Only nail making machine is required for the unit to be able to manufacture nails. Our annual production capacity is around 600 -1000 MT. We have established customer base since 1980 across Gujarat (Main markets: Ahmedabad & Mehsana).
