We have machinery which can manufacture mild steel and stainless steel structural products.
There are 4 big shades which cover the whole mill
We have following machinery installed in the factory:- Machine one:- a)18 inch stand with heavy-duty 20 inch mill stand with 20 inch height stand.
b)18 Ton heavy flywheel with 2000KW transformer with RMU.
c)Heating furnace 90FT length width,furnace are read to use.
d)manufacturing capacity is 120M.T per day.
Machine two:- a)10 inch stand heavy duty with 10M.T flywheel(reduction gear,penion gear with 600HP motor, 1000KW transformer) b)Heating furnace 65FT length with 6.5ft width, rady to use.
c)Manufacturing capacity is 50M.T in day
Two welding plant with all accessories are installed each production capacity is 70M.T/Day
Three tubemill are also installed: a)20MM OD to 41MM OD round,square&rectangular.
b)41MM OD to 58MM OD round, square & rectangular.
c)58MM OD to 88MM OD round,square & rectangular.
All testing equipment are available in laboratory.
Installed power connection is 975KVA, additional power is also available on demand.
