The product range includes gear blanks, bushes, sleeves, shafts, flanges, etc. The firm currently does business in NCR region only and is running in an excellent condition. The plant includes automatic machines for turning, machining, etc.
Machines are operating at a capacity of 70-75%. Space capacity utilization close to 30-35%. Bigger place was taken up to increase business (as it did). Future scope of the automobile industry and that too powertrain components looks good, and we are registered with companies which are themselves also growing at a pace of at least 20-30% each year.
Moreover, placed in the automobile manufacturing hub of north India, the future scope is to get registered with an OEM for direct supplies.
Machinery: CNC turning machines, VMCs, DG Set, air compressor.
The carpet area of the plant is 5,000 sq. ft. and monthly rent is INR 65,000.
Headcount: Currently, around 20 people are working at this unit.
The turnover achieved for the year 2018-19 was INR 1.02 Cr. We are currently doing approx 10-12 lakhs per month. The monthly capacity (of the only job work) of the unit is INR 14 lakhs per month.
The Asking Price for the business is INR 1.60 crores.
