We want to give the franchise for Versova cloud kitchen.
The carpet area of the kitchen is 250Sq Ft
Profit margin in this business is around 15% to 20%
Per month sale from Versova Kitchen is around INR6,00,000 to INR7,00,000
At present we have 5 employees working in the kitchen, 2 chefs, 2 helpers, and 1 manager.
We are having 2 brands in each cloud kitchen, one is Chinese cuisine and another one is Bengali cuisine.
Franchisee Details
We are expecting an INR4,00,000 franchise fee for one brand.
We are also expecting a 6% royalty on sales from the buyer(negotiable)
We will be providing full support in the initial days to the buyer(staff, chefs will be provided by us).
INR35,000 is the per month rent of the Versova cloud kitchen.
A security deposit of the kitchen is INR1,50,000(Not included in asking price)
