The institute would be developed for skill training, placement and also utilise them for providing various services. It wants to set up the center in Delhi, Noida or rather in any of the industrial area. The company will provide skilled and unskilled manpower in all the fields. The branches will develop in most of the cities near industrial towns and in large metros. The institute has been set up for training skill workers in welding and then placing them in the international market and also create entrepreneurs in districts and village level skills for work in local area.
It will also provide training to different trades through sponsorship. It has also tied up with some of the government bodies who would provide loan to the students as per their need in order to pursue the skill training courses. The company has recently tied up with a large group setting up one hundred restaurants in NCR to provide them with 2000 skilled manpower over a period of 2 years.
