Our company is a profitable training academy in Mahim (W) in Mumbai, set up in June 2010 which caters to the Banking and Financial Services industry. We train graduates, post graduates and fresh MBAs and place them in reputed organisations on their payroll at attractive salaries. The business is in the skill development space. There is demand both from the young population of graduates, post graduates and fresh MBAs as well as from employers who save a substantial amount when they hire trained people. There is also scope to add more domain areas and thereby cater to a wider audience as well as expand geographically since the demand for trained people is across the country. Franchises can also be added to this business. There is also an opportunity to add e-learning to the existing model which can help make it a hybrid model classroom and e-learning.
