We would expect to get an investment of 5x of our current year's profit (30% of revenue) against 50% or less equity. Out of all, we would like to take 1/3 of the investment at home and reinvest 2/3 of the investment into the company for the growth of the company.

We may want to exit after 2-3 years, so we shall allow selling 50% equity to investors based on the valuation at that particular time.

We may consider the all-cash option or cash + stock (of the parent company) deal option. Depend upon the offer by investors. If we go with some portion of stock deal we should get stocks with discounted rates of parent company
