About Business

A retail chain of supermarkets spread in Andhra Pradesh (Krishna, West Godavari, East Godavari Dt.) with a history of 8 years running successfully. Currently, we have 16 supermarkets with approx 30000 sq ft in total. All the loans are with HDFC bank being separately taken for Term loan and CC. The company has stock worth INR 7 Cr. There are around 130 people working in a supermarket chain. All Statuatory payments and year end returns are good. Loans payments are upto date with the bank. The asking price of the business is INR 12 Cr Negotiable. We will do the knowledge transfer and support for maximum of six months from our side after the successful transfer and make sure the business runs smoothly.

Reason

Unable to manage our UK business and this. We have now decided to move on to our UK software business. We want the takers to take over including loans or creditors with company as is and with not much disturbance in the market
