The founding team has 50+ years of management and startup experience, has previously co-founded 3 startups & scaled 2 of them to $15M ARR with 25+ years of go-to-market strategy experience.
It's platform is currently rolled out in multiple cities across Gujarat and a few pockets in Delhi NCR and Uttar Pradesh. They currently have 2,200 salons and 78,000+ customers already onboarded onto the platform. In the coming financial years, their plan is to scale this product to multiple neighbouring states and cities and achieve an onboarded mass of 30,000 salons and 10L customers in 18 months. Their goal is to capture a large chunk of the ~30 Lakh salons & parlours in India.
In terms of their rollout plans, they aim to acquire salons through strong offline and online channels with additional focus on Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. They currently charge a convenience fee of 2.5% to the center owner on every online transaction as well as an annual SaaS subscription. The pricing for the standard/premium subscription plans comes in at Rs 8,000/year and Rs. 15,000/year respectively. They aim to add more revenue sources in coming months as the platform scales.
