The dairy was started in late 90's and has been running successfully for more than 15 years. The dairy plant is situated in the milk rich belt right in the centre of the country close to Gwalior. The plant is well laid out and has ample opportunity for further expansion. The plant is in good running condition and is approved by BIS, Agmark, EIA, FSSAI.

Currently, the plant produces skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, dairy creamer, white butter and ghee. The present milk handling capacity of the plant is 2.5 lac litres per day. Some of their active clients include Britannia Industries, ITC Foods, Parle etc.

There are three directors with closely held equity. It is set-up on leased property of (industrial land) / 20,000 sq. meter area with an annual rent of INR. 93,600 which is paid to the government.
