Newly established rice mill for sale in Kolkata with real estate. Its a technologically advanced modern rice milling unit of 240 tons per day paddy milling capacity . Mill is situated across 5 acres land. Strategically located at a place known as rice bowl of India and availability of paddy is never a concern and closer to the demand areas as well . The facility is fairly new with minimum wear and tear and was run only for about 18 months . Idle since April 2013 .The unit will be sold through a private treaty .The reserve price will be in the range of Rs 16.5 Cr which will be used to repay all bank liabilities by way of one time settlement and clearing off other outside liabilities so that the buyer take over the asset liability free. FY ’13 : Sales – Rs 47.3 Cr , EBITDA – (-) 1.14 Cr , Loss – Rs 6.15 Cr.The account became NPA in March’13. Asking Price: 16.5 Cr.
