The platform is unique and developed for the first time in India, never before the portals are designed for Industrial Workers. Secondly, the labors are now joining the digital world, so it's the right time to enter into this business. And lastly, it's always chaos for Industrial/ Construction and EPC Companies to manage enough manpower, whereas on other side many workers in rural areas are jobless. So this platform is like a bridge for both entities.
