About Business

A 30 year old company into manufacturing of PET Bottles and Bottle Caps. It makes fridge PET bottles, pickle bottles, containers through PET Blow process and caps for the bottles through injection molding process. They have a capacity of around 10 lakh bottles per month with 20-24 hour shifts. Currently they are running 12 hour shifts. They are selling to wholesellers (70%) and doing contract manufacturing (30%). The turnover is 4.5 Cr and net profit of around 1.42 Cr. Its a cash business so balance sheets wont reflect true picture, buyer will need to do deligence. All the payments to wholesellers is instant and hence very low working capital requirement. They have around 3000 sq.ft. of galas with 35 workers (4 are technical staff, rest are daily wage workers).
