Production records of all the molds can be traced digitally; historical records of all the molds designed, developed and maintained against specific mold/order numbers since inception.
Details of any specific mold can be traced to the original date of development and parts can be replaced accordingly (inventory maintained).
Unit has well-equipped R&D centre capable of turning complex customer requirements into achievable solutions.
We have Solidworks, SolidCAM, probing and inspection software on machines.
We have done 1,500+ mold installations across 350+ clients in India and globally; high customer satisfaction with more than 50% repeat business.
In addition to the beverage industry now venturing into FMCG segments for closures, flip top caps, in categories such as trigger pumps, mist pumps, dispensing pumps (no major mold manufacturer in India at present); tapping into new export markets with its existing portfolio that is expected to provide huge fillip to sales; working on a lower priced product for mass market that would still be 30% higher yet acceptable to the customer; segments like medical equipment will be an added plus.
From the last 2 years our company haven't performed well because of covid and plastic ban issue in India.
In 2018 our turnover was 27Cr.
