The Company started in Nov 2013 In Delhi and provides online grocery shopping in Delhi - NCR region. Currently, the company has many stores through franchise model. The owner wants to sell the e-commerce company & one store owned by it. Their last year's turnover was INR 1.92 Cr. The company is doing online sales through Grofers, Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, NDTV, etc. Profit margin is around 30-35%.
Company Online store is a brand name which is well known in Delhi NCR area to order grocery online. Other online businesses have trusted us in delivering their orders in south Delhi under mutual understanding.
I, along with my dedicated staff have built this business from scratch. This business could have spread to other places but due lack of capital, this business has not reached the height it deserves.
The expansion plans are as follows:
- Setup supply chain by opening new stores in Delhi covering north, south, east and west. Opening stores will add brand value along with faster and reliable deliveries.
- Adding more payment systems so that users have more choices to make payments
- Our system will give option to choose delivery time window.
- More aggressive marketing to compete with rivals.
- Expand product availability for online consumer so that people from different states i.e north east, north, south India staying in Delhi NCR have option to buy things are per their need.
