We have a packaged drinking plant in Murbad MIDC (Thane district), Maharashtra. It is about 30Kms from Kalyan. The plant is running since 3 years and holds ISI and FSSAI licenses/certification. The manufacturing facility of10,000 Sqft with RCC construction of 2200 Sqft and open shed of 400 Sqft. Building completion certificate available. The plant has the capacity to manufacture RO water of 2000 ltrs/hour. Bottling machine capacity: 20 bottles/minute (for 1 litre bottles). For 20 ltr jars, there is a semi-automatic machine producing 60-80 Jars / hour. There is a blowing machine – 800 bottles/hour. Currently we are working in 2 shifts, utilizing around 60% of the capacity. Employees: 15. The company has good business and brand value in local area in radius of approx 40 Kms.
