Our company is recognized by the Government of India and its core vision is to fill a huge void in the service sector.
Our company is a one-touch E-Service app on Google Play Store. Users log into the app and register their home appliances for easy servicing straight from the companies.
Imagine your AC isn’t working, you go into the app, give the basic details such as brand name, what the issue is, etc and submit it, we call the company from the back end and schedule service on behalf of you.
There is also an E Locker in the app to store your Bills and Warranties I’m digital format so then you won’t have to worry about losing them ever.
We were also planning to include scheduling of one on one video call interaction service for customers with skilled servicemen on a paid basis but I am short on time and resources now. We have served almost 500 users and has provided internship opportunities to almost 50 students all across India till now.
The app currently has around 400 active users on Play Store and we have email IDs of almost 600 users.
For our business model, we have a banner in the app for companies to advertise, further we have the option of Annual Maintenance Contract for which the customers might be charged extra. For future, there could be a one to one service scheduling option for the clients to talk to experts on paid basis, this saves users time and might increase engagement.
I personally manage the startup on my own and occasionally have interns onboard whenever I feel I might have too much in my hands, I plan to sell the entire company registered as LLP (cofounder is my mother), it is also government recognized with the official certification. The source code, app, website, Instagram and LinkedIn account and all rights to company will be given along with this.
Monthly expenses of business are around INR40,000 for server.
