It is a non-woven fabric manufacturing plant based in Punjab for sale.
Non woven fabric is a polymer based business. Raw material of Non-woven fabric is Polypropylene (PP) and its suppliers are Indian oil corporation ltd (Panipat), Reliance Industries (Gujarat) & HMEL (Bhatinda). Machine is PP Spun Bond 3200 MM (single beam line).
Current Price of new machine of same brand is approx 6 lacs USD (4 Cr. approx). Production capacity of 10 metric Tonnes/day. Non-woven fabric can be given any colour by addition of master batches. Machine is capable of manufacturing fabric between 5 to 200GSM.
Currently the company is catering to various industries like shopping bags, automotive, rice exporters, medical, hygiene, packaging, upholstery plus various disposable and non disposable applications.etc.
We are ready to share customer database provided it’s a serious enquiry. Total skilled manpower requirement is 10 persons. The fabric is supplied across India.
