The venture aims to Produce & Market the Cashew Apple based products; Juice, Syrup, Jam, Chutney, Candy, Pickle, Wine, Brandy & Vinegar. The cashew apples are sourced in ripe stage and are on the agreements basis. The sourcing of local implementation and subcontractors of the development process of bottle, caps,& labels are finalized.

Premises: The land & building has also assembled in Tamil Nadu where the fermented juice is filtered and bottled as Cashew Apple Wine & Wine is further concentrated to produce Cashew Apple Brandy in an attractively packed retail format to start with 15,000 liters and the residue after juice extraction can be used as animal feed ingredient with concentration.

Approvals:The venture has also been in discussion with CFTRI and had a clear understanding regarding the technology transfer of the Cashew Apple Wine & Brandy to have disease preventing and health promoting properties.

USP: The juice helps burn fat and is good for overall health as well as a good source of magnesium which play a vital role in the development of bones, muscles, tissues & organs the juice contains high volume of vitamin C and low amount of sugar and no cholesterol which make the value-added product safe for diabetic patients.
The Cashew Apples in different varieties can be utilized for the preparation of different non-fermented and fermented products via juice, syrup, jam, candy, chutney, pickle, wine, brandy & vinegar.

In progress: Food safety & standards with respect to Cashew Apple Wine & Brandy and Personalized e-commerce enabled website for 24 hours hosting a merchant account for a custom domain for the brand development.

Investment Rationale: The venture for Investment of upto INR 10 Lacs for plant & machinery, miscellaneous items, appliance & equipment, lab & accessories, electrification/water, salaries & wages, utilities & overheads along with the export market assistance for the value-added products of the Cashew Apples.
