The company was incorporated in 2004 and is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fruit-based juices and beverages. The company expanded its distribution network across India and by FY 12 - 13 and achieved sales of more than INR 108 crore. The manufacturing unit is set up out of India and is ISO 22000, HACCP and Halal certified in accordance with all the global standards. Apart from the local market, the company exports into other 30 countries globally. The company faced some losses due to custom clearance issue and lost good amount of working capital and orders at that time. But it has come back well and on the verge of gaining its position back. It has already received an advance payment of USD 1.6 lacs, in coming year company is expecting its revenue to cross INR 100 Cr. again and it has successfully cleared all the custom issues. Now the company is looking to convert its debt of INR 200 Cr. into equity to grow further and achieve the revenue and geographical expansion targets without paying high interest on the debt.
