Acquire a recently opened karaoke lounge exclusively for expatriates in Gurgaon. Located in Sector 30 of Gurgaon, nestled away in a quiet corner, there is a lounge built on 4200sqft. The lounge aptly named "HAVE FUN" has a hall with a seating capacity of 40 persons. In addition there are 6 private karaoke rooms with a seating capacity of 9 pax per room. The karaoke equipment is imported from Korea and contains a large database of songs from Korea, Japan, Vietnam, China, USA, and even the Philippines. The cuisine served is an exotic mix of authentic Korean and Japanese food lovingly prepared by caring chefs trained in these culinary arts. We also have a special catering division to provide for on-site social gatherings. With PM Modi bringing in FDI from China, Korea, Japan and other countries this has tremendous potential. The space is on lease for 9 years. Our staff includes about 15 people currently but will increase as the business grows. In 3 months the lounge has made a turnover of about Rs. 75 Lakhs. My investment was Rs. 5 Crores and would like to hand over the management to someone preferably from this industry. Offer can be discussed.
