It's more than 30 years old BSE listed packaging company having a good clientele and market presence in India. The company is into Industrial Packaging Material. The company is running its operations from 6 manufacturing units located in Western India. Due to the economic downturn as well as few other external factors, currently it is under sick phase, to support the operations and come out of the sick phase, it is looking for equity funding, to not only revive its operation but also to modernize it, expand the capacities for economy in operation and to be a globally competitive player. Under the growth plan, the company proposes to raise Rs. 475 Lacs by issuing of 250 lac Equity Shares of face value INR 1/-each at an issue price of Rs. 1.90 (premium of INR 0.90/-) and Rs. 500 lacs by way of 6% Redeemable Preference Shares. It is intended to offer an opportunity to the Investors to invest 20% Equity stake in the Company.
