The business has set up a state of art plant to manufacture Speciality Chemicals having facilities for a high-temperature reactor with cooling facilities, distillation, quality control, packing, etc. Presently about 1.5 acres area is acquired for plant and balance area of about 3 acres is available for expansion. The business was initiated in the year 2006. The major raw material comprises of various chemicals such as PTA, TDI, Polyol, Phthalic Anhydride, Fatty Acid, Benzoic Acid, Xylene, Turpentine, etc. The plant has capacity to produce 300 Tons Per Month (TPM) of Saturated Polyester Resins (Top coat, Back coat & Primer) for coil coating applications. Three major paint brand has already booked orders of 240 TPM. Two 200 TPM orders are still in the pipeline. The company has developed technology by using waste polyester and the product has been accepted by a paint giant. This will increase gross margin by about 4%. The company is also developing high-value Polyester resins like Dynapol. The expanded capacity of the Company was commissioned in December 2015 i.e. from 100 MT p.m. to 300 MT p.m. Co. can achieve monthly T/o of Rs.2.5 Cr to Rs.3 Cr. p.m. subject to working capital funds. Turnover for fy 2015-16 is INR 11.50 Cr. The business is up for investment to satisfy the current working capital requirement of INR 7 Cr.
