The company was started in 2002 by the promoter with the aim to Designing, manufacturing, and servicing of Hydraulic Cylinders, Power units & Accessories for meeting the demand at minimum cost and lead time. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company developed a good brand over the years in the domestic market basically serves the medium enterprises and focuses on providing customized products, and bags maximum margin in it.
Core Inputs: CNC machined components, finished tubes and sealing systems which are acquired from seals manufacturers like B+S, Markel, etc.
Clientele:The company mainly serves sectors like Steel, Power, Oil and Natural Gas and for Original Equipment Manufacturers of material handling, road construction, car tractors, etc. The company serves: Welspun, Ingersoll Rand, Aditya Birla Group, BHEL, JSPL, Indian Oil, ONGC Kirloskar, ISRO, etc.
Headcount:There is a competent team of 18 people and 1 engineer, 5 skilled and 5 unskilled staff, 1 QC & storekeeping manager.
Premises:The manufacturing facility is of 14,000 sq ft, very well equipped with all the required machineries with the production capacity to manufacture 300 to 400 products per month.
Financials:In FY 2017-18, the company clocked the Revenue of INR 1.5 Cr. with Gross profit margin of upto 10 to 12%.
Now, the promoter is looking a working partner to handle the operations and manufacturing. The promoter is looking for a Strategic partner with the Investment of INR 25 Lacs in lieu of Equity.
