We have a 30-year-old hospital , started by my father and mother - surgeon and gynecologist. We ran it for 27 long years since 1984 till 2012. The built-up area is 4000 - 5050 sqft and is ideal for a surgeon, gynecologist or pediatrician. It is just walled now. No equipment. It is located in Venkatagiri, Nellore district in Andhra Pradesh. Venkatagiri has a population of 1-1.5 lakh people and is a very famous place for handloom sarees. There are only 6 doctors in this area - all MBBS except 1 pediatrician (MD). Now there is no lady gynecologist after my mother left the place. This place is surrounded by villages which are feeding for hospitals. Nearest referral centres are Tiruapthi-55 kms, Gudur- 50 km away and Chennai 110 kms away. Asking Price for a complete sell out: Rs. 2.5 Cr. and for lease, Rs. 50,000 per month (negotiable).
