The location is very good as it is surrounded by Corporate Houses and Colleges and the area is densely populated. Sunder Nagar is a small, posh area lying within the suburban region of Malad–Goregaon in Mumbai. USP of our business is we have the freedom to innovate/add other food items to increase the revenue and aren’t restricted to the fixed menu, so we have added Biryanis and will be adding more items in coming days.
As there is media college next to us lot of Media students book our cafe for shoots at a fixed amount of 1,000INR and also provide credits for our restaurant. So one way of free marketing and visibility. Also, we are giving our cafe for small Birthday parties and corporates with a fixed amount of minimum 5,000INR. Co corporate group Lunches almost every week for Biryani by Kilo. RBL Bank, Bank of Baroda, BMC and DHL Express to name some of the regular group customers. It has the potential of reaching 12,000 per day sales with the right marketing, quality of food and customer service.
