It is into making automotive components, Crucibles for die-cast, Furnace spares etc. The production capacity is 10-12 tonnes per day. The business has advance orders and payments from prestigious clients from India and abroad. The foundry is on 2500 Sq. Yds. of land on National Highway (NH-509); adjacent to Taj-Noida Expressway. The company has a long list of its achievements in its history of over 50 years. Various proposals based on the prospective buyers interest: (1) Sell off the land & premise; (2) JV with another company; (3) Completely sell off the land, machines, equipment and other assets (except brand name); (4) Sell the plant they bought from USA . The cost of the High Pressure Moulding Line imported from USA (running condition): Rs 3.5 Crores.
