We have two offices in Vadodra near the railway station.
Rent of one office is INR17,500, carpet area is 1,000 Sq Ft. Security deposit is INR35,000(not included in asking price)
The rent of the second office is INR 30,000 and the area is 1,500Sq Ft. Security deposit is INR 60,000(not included in asking price)

More Details

Institute was founded in 2012 and registered in 2017 under companies act, 2013.
Predominantly we operated as a training institute with a focus on providing training to the students of Polytechnic, Degree and ITI’s sector.
Core competency is to develop skills, building careers, and make today’s unemployed youth to “Eduployable”.
Over the years we have created its entity as a preferred talent acquisition partner to name a few are MS, SCPF, N.M.M.S, and S.N.S.B. In early 2020 we understood the gravity of COVID 19 Pandemic and took another step to initiate a Virtual learning training environment, in skill under the banner of " Industrial Development Incorporation (IDI)" to get sustainable employment in and around Gujarat, keeping our objective and linked industry & educational institutions on the same platform.
Every month we are getting INR500 for each student from Government.
Before covid, we were having 27 staffs after we have reduced it to 4, so our monthly expenses at present are around INR50,000.
