The spinning mill commenced its operation in the year 2010 and is located at a distance of about 2 hrs from the Hyderabad International airport. It is a Public Limited Company. The plant has 54 ring frames, 41 Rieter Compact Com4 ring frames, and 13 Suessen Fiomax ring frames of 960 spindles each totaling to 52,000 spindles, a majority of them linked with Schlafhorst 338 autoconer winders and some of them linked with Murata 7V Autoconer winder. The total built up area of the spinning mill, including the office block and the none- industrial buildings including workers quarters and is about 525000 Sft. The mill hardly requires 300-350 trained workmen for three shifts a day to run the entire 52000 spindles. The mill enjoys power subsidy from the State Government at a fixed tariff of RS. 4.15 per unit which is RS. 2/- less than the actual tariff.The mill produces compact yarns in count ranging from the 30s to 60s with almost 65-70% of the production earmarked for exports. The mill was used for production of fancy products such as cotton/modal, tri blends (P/V/C),cotton/polyester, fancy mock twist, cotton/viscose, exotic blends of cashmere, silk and wool with modal for low hairiness for customers, besides this due to the flexibility of four blow room lines multiple kinds of cotton such as Indian, Giza, Pima, organic, fair trade, BCI or any other variety can be run simultaneously in different counts as per your choice. The cost of a brand new building alone to house a facility like this with proper infrastructure for staff, workmen, false ceiling, humidification, will cost over Rs. 100.00 Crores for a total built up area of 5,25,000 Sft. Additionally land is available for expansion of another 50000 spindles comfortably. Apart from this the existing building can be modified for another 40% expansion comfortably. A total of about 25 acres out of which about 50% of the area is free for future expansion. Land value is around Rs50.00 lakhs an acre. The asking price of the Plant is INR 100 Cr.
