This profitable business was established in 2016. This is a niche industry and has a great scope. They have a large number of clients and use all automated manufacturing techniques instead of the manual ones.
They have a Sales office and a workshop at Nagpur. The area of the sales office is approx 150 sq.ft while that of the workshop is more than 1500 sq.ft. The total monthly rent of both is INR 15000. The present production capacity is almost 300 t-shirts per day. The process flow includes cutting and stitching of fabric and finally printing using screen printing process. Currently, 10 people work over here including the promoter who is actively involved with all aspects of this business. They have successfully fulfilled more than 35 major(bulk) orders. They receive individual orders through Amazon while bulk orders through Indiamart and Alibaba. Most of their clients are from Maharashtra itself.
