The company has formed in 2017 based in Goa. The company is into the casino business and they have tied up with the 5 Star Hotel in Goa. The casino finished its construction in June 2018. The casino has the complete infrastructure set up with Restaurant, Bar, etc., and has games like Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Video Poker, Bonus Poker, Bingo, etc. The casino is valued at INR 20 Cr. with licenses and full infrastructure. They have a complete Business plan ready to make it operational but there is short of capital. They are looking for an investment of INR 6 Cr. to INR 10 Cr. in lieu of equity of 30% to 50%.
