About Business

Manufacture 20L, 1 L, 500 ml, 200 ml bottles. Full setup with RO, Filling Machines, botlle blowing, chiller, compressor. All licenses in place FSSAI, BIS, pollution. The plant is in leased 2000 sq.ft premise. 5 years lease , 2 years completed. Machines are used only for 1 year. All machines are under warranty. The monthly sales till dec 2017 was about 5 lakhs per month. Since last 3-4 months promoter focus reduced hence less sales. The rental for the premise is around 1 lakhs per months. There are 8 people on payroll. Operator is paid 10,000 per month and rest are workers who are paid around 8,000 per month. Total Fixed Monthly expenses is 2 lakhs. Entire water requirement is supported through tankers and borewell. The filling machine is doing 90 bottles per minute. All the sales is through the distributors with on spot payment.
