The company was incorporated in the year 2008, since then it is growing year by year. Currently, it is into manufacturing of mainly three types of batteries; Automotive, inverter and sole & E-vehicle. The plant is up and running with all regulatory and environmental approvals in place, having capacity to process 1200Mt of Lead worth over Rs 175 cr ( US$28 mn) and produce 3,00,000 Batteries worth over Rs 120 cr (US $ 19.35). It has 45 distributors & 950 dealers as well as established marketing network in Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka. The company has already initiated OEM sales for e-vehicle manufacturers, institutional sales and export to Nepal, Africa and Middle east countries. To transform itself into the next phase the company is looking for expansion funding up to INR 25 cr. The funds will be utilized in; Consolidating & expanding on PAN India Level, Fueling aggressive export & marketing strategy, entering into higher value product offerings in VRLA & Hybrid Batteries and implementing latest technology into electric vehicle battery segment.
