More Details

We are looking to take Hotels on lease in and around Bangalore and grow from here. We are looking for around 40 Rooms and above in various locations of Bangalore.
Our team has around 20 years of experience in the Industry. Total Team Experience is around 80 years. Presently in Bangalore, knows maximum corporate to generate business for the hotels.
Our business works in three ways, first are we take hotels on a management contract, and then we run the hotel.
The second model is the franchise or lease model, where we take the hotel on the lease(rental module) then we run it.
The third model is the sales and marketing model, we tie-up with hotels and we do sales and marketing of a particular hotel.
We have a separate sales and marketing team.
We need funds so that we can take hotels on a management contract.
