*The profitable company started in July 2013. They provide outdoor catering (destination weddings) and multi-cuisine restaurants. They run a lifestyle resort & a club with 2 leased properties: a) Resort (Ahmedabad): 10,000+ sq yard, 40 rooms, banquet hall, 3 party lawns, 2 restaurants, swimming pool and other gaming activities b) Family Club (Nalsarovar): 26,000 sq yard, lifestyle amenities catering to 300+ members. Its outdoor catering has served 500+ weddings in the past 4 years.

* There are 3 Promoters with total experience of 70 years. They have a team of 120 people (12-second line management, 35 service staff, 6 decoration, 34 kitchen, housekeeping, reception, and admin, etc)

*The new club will have 100+ rooms, 4 banquet halls, 4 party lawns for corporate events, sports activities, weddings. - Constructed area of 3+ lakh sq ft in making.
*Experience-based architectural design with eco-friendly practices in making. One stop solution for venue, decoration, catering, and other event experiences.

*Agreement to purchase 50,000 sq yard of land has been done and part- payment done. Seeking investment of up to INR 15 Cr for the remaining land belt.
