Current Business Statistics Total LCO’s in TamilNadu – 40000 Numbers, Total LCO’s in India – Around 6 to 8 Lakhs in Numbers, (iCollect holds 400 LCO’s currently) We have customers all over India. The project is in expansion phase. The geographically scaling up process will boost the overall turnover drastically. We are almost a monopoly in the business and the competitors were not so strong to sail the tide along with us competitively. We are having requests from Bangladesh and Pakistan for our login ID’s.
We charge based on Login Id’s. 5000 to 25000 and above based on their connections, for each Login ID will be charged every year from all our subscribed LCO’s/Software Users. Major Enhancement and Revenue boost planned ahead
Currently we provide web login and Android app for our users. They usually collect their cable bills using their agent login via android. Now we have prepared an end user app for LCO’s customers(Cable TV Viewers/Public people). Each LCO can send the app to their customers and their customers can pay using our app directly to the LCO. Here the company will take a direct charge of 1% from each payment.
Approximate revenue expected on this enhancement.
1 LCO has 1500 customers on an average. Each customer pays 250Rs of bill amount per month on an average. 300 LCO’s x 1500 end users x (1%*250=2.5Rs) = 1500000Rs per month, over which 30% of our customers are already willing and ready to adapt this system. We have this payment system ready with us. Its an android app linked with a payment gateway system and linked to our server. This will set the LCO’s totally free and they save a hefty sum which they spend for collection agents and this is the reason the future will be on this app.
