About Business

Total land area is around 16 hectares. The property is located on NH8 between Navsari and Valsad. Having around 9 hectares of agricultural land and 7 hectares of non-agricultural land. On non-agricultural land there is a Basalt mine and a crushing plant. Basalt rock (crushed) is mainly used in building construction and road development. The main acquirers of crushed basalt rocks are private building material suppliers. Currently, the depth of the mine is around 100 ft. and it can be increased up to 500 ft. All the required mining equipment are in place. The crushing plant has total capacity of 1500 Metric tons per month and it is running efficiently. The plant building and machinery are also included in the deal. On agricultural land, there are 250 mango trees planted. The mining and crushing business was initiated in 1962. Currently, 50- 60 labours are employed in the mine. Due to age and medical condition one of the 4 partner groups (with consent of other partner groups) wants to sell the business as well as land. Asking Price: 100 Crores (negotiable).
