The Company was set up in the year 2005 by a group of qualified accountants from India. We have a proven track record of working with UK firms and have several satisfied clients all over the UK. We are the ONLY outsourcing company in India focused exclusively on UK work. Our Management team includes three directors who are qualified chartered accountants having ample experience in accountancy. The CEO of the company has more than 25 years of experience in accountancy and related areas.
In the year 2018, we were added by TaxAssist Group in the UK as one of their recommended partners supplying outsourcing services. The TaxAssist group is one of the top 10 accounting practices in the UK and is a chain of 200 franchisees there.
The Company is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Certified.
The Company proposes to raise a sum of INR 2 Crore in lieu of 25% equity.
The amount would be spent on marketing office in the UK and setting up infrastructure in India. The company proposes to appoint a marketing head in the UK and set up one more office in Chandigarh area apart from expanding its existing facilities in Ludhiana.
