The Project Highlights:

We have established a High Pressure Molding Foundry in Kolhapur with a production capacity of 1000 metric tons per month and a potential annual turnover of Rs. 100 crores. Currently, we have a ready business of 300 metric tons from our existing customers.

Our foundry specializes in producing both ductile and gray iron castings. We are connected to electricity through an MD 1490 KVA, 11 KV line, ensuring that we have a reliable and efficient power supply.

Our molding speed is an impressive 120 molds per hour, thanks to our Tokyu make Japanese HPML line. Additionally, we have ABP induction German furnaces, which come in two sizes - 500kg and 500 kw - to meet different production needs.

We have a fully automated sand plant by Sree Sakthi, making our production process streamlined and efficient.

Unfortunately, our operations have been halted since December 21 due to the Covid crisis.
