Above all, we have yet another business transaction closed in June. This time, the business sold was a packaged drinking water plant in Delhi (asking price range INR 5Cr-10Cr); the business found a buyer from Delhi, deal\u00a0done in 3 months<\/span><\/span> from the introduction. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Buy-side<\/strong>: From Delhi, registered on 23 March 2016, his mandate was as below. Looking to invest in a manufacturing business,<\/strong>\u00a0is also open to investing\u00a0in education or IT business. Presently, he is dealing with an\u00a0education business and has other businesses as well. The preferred location\u00a0is\u00a0Delhi\/NCR\u00a0and investment\u00a0\u00a0budget is\u00a0up to INR 20 Cr.<\/span><\/p>\n

The buy-side contacted 3 businesses on the day of his registration and created his (free) buy side listing. In less than 90 days, he connected, met the seller, negotiated the deal and acquired the business.<\/span><\/p>\n
